Founder / CEO
Daniel is an expert in biosensor solutions, having had the good fortune to work alongside the world’s leading experts in neuroengineering at top research universities and private institutions. As a consultant for industry-leading biosensor companies Daniel contributed to high-growth neurowearable startups early on in his career. As a Ph.D candidate he contributed original research to the fields of biosensor hardware and basic neuroscience while ranking in international machine learning competitions. Daniel has spearheaded multidisciplinary teams in the design and implementation of dozens of successful brain-computer interface solutions since 2007. This domain expertise has prepared Daniel for his greatest feat yet - bringing the world's most advanced sleep-enhancing device to the consumer market.
Founder / CTO
Andrew has been developing software professionally for over 10 years, with particular focus on backend web application design and deployment. As owner of a software consulting company, Andrew lead the development of several large-scale enterprise applications. His formal education includes a B.S. in Computer Engineering, where he developed skills at the intersection of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. As a graduate student he explored advanced machine learning techniques and modern software engineering development practices. In recent years, Andrew has focused on IoT technology, including embedded development and the design of efficient web-based services and APIs. Building out iWinks' platform has proven to be one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of his life.
iWinks' hardware and testing lead, Josh is an electrical engineer who has worked on everything from robots and electric cars to aircraft engines and particle accelerators.
Benji leads branding design and implementation for iWinks. For the better part of a decade, Benji has served as a graphic and usability designer to top businesses in the US and brings a unique vision to the iWinks' team.
With a career as a “hands-on” business and technology executive, Dennis actively advises enterprise level organizations and mentors early-stage companies in wireless, SAAS, consumer products, and healthcare.
Bob is CEO at Business on Market St. - a go-to-market agency that assists budding businesses as well as established leaders. At BOM he directs a team of business development and brand marketing experts.
Ben is currently building 10% Happier: Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics and previously ran technology as founding CTO for Zeo Inc., a pioneer in quantified self that helped people learn about their sleep.
Mark is a successful entrepreneur and senior executive with diverse industry and technology experience, including enterprise software, big data, information security, manufacturing, and food-tech, among others.
Charles is a serial entrepreneur with broad experience as a founder and early executive in several startup companies as COO, CFO and strategy and business development executive.
Dr. Gunduz is director and PI of the Brain Mapping Lab at the University of Florida Department of Biomedical Engineering. Her research interests include neural interfacing, neural signal processing, neuromodulation, neurological disorders, as well as cortical and deep brain stimulation in human subjects.
Dr. Harris is currently professor and chairman of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Florida. There he leads the Hybrid Signal Processing Group researching biologically inspired circuits, architectures and algorithms for signal processing. Dr. Harris has published over 200 research papers and patents in this area.
